HOW TO ORDER AND PAY FOR YOUR LEVY SENIOR CENTER FOUNDATION T-SHIRT:
Page 1:
- Do not “log in” (upper right)
- Click on green “Donate” button
Page 2:
- Click on $20 to turn the box green (under “Donation Amount”)
- Leave Donation Frequency set to “One-Time”
- Under “Levy Senior Center Foundation T-Shirts”, click on “Please Select” and choose “Unrestricted” from the drop down menu
- Skip “Honor or remember someone...” and “Additional Instructions….”
- Click on green “Donate Once” button
Page 3:
- Complete “Name”, “Phone Number”, “T-Shirt Style" (short or long sleeve), “T-Shirt Size" (M, L, XL or 2XL) questions.
- Click on green “Continue to Payment”

- Enter “First Name”, “Last Name” and “Email”
- if you have donated in the past under the same email, or already have an account, you will have the option to “Log In” or “Continue as Guest”. Either is fine.)
Page 5
- Choose if you would like to cover the 3% transaction fee our payment system charges (default). Click the green/white checkmark to untoggle the option and not pay the 3% transaction fee.
- Click the green “Continue to Payment”

- Enter Credit Card information and Billing Address
- Check “I’m not a robot”
- Click green “Complete” button
